We originate and structure developments from land assembly and feasibility through town planning, funding and delivery. RAM carries the development risk alongside our partners and manages every consultant, authority and contractor in the chain.
Once operational, we manage assets for income and long-term value: leasing strategy, tenant mix, operating cost control, capital planning and reporting to investors and lenders.
We manage design, procurement and construction to tight tolerances on time, cost and quality. Our teams run programme controls, cost certification and reporting for private and public sector programmes.
Feasibility studies, highest-and-best-use analysis, market entry and investment structuring. We advise owners, funders and governments on how to take a project from concept to bankable.
