A pipeline into tangible African assets
Our divisions cover the full investment chain: RAM Assets (Pty) Ltd as investor and asset manager, RAM Development as turnkey design-and-build developer and development and project manager, and RAM Procurement for supply chain. Cost planning and budget control are managed through budgetcontrol.com, and project bills of quantities through boqnet.com. That structure lets investors enter at the level that suits their mandate — equity in a development SPV, income from a stabilised asset, or a managed programme.
